When the Event affiliated with this Website ends, your content and account may be deleted and removed from our servers in accordance with host organization policies.
LaunchGen and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
LaunchGen does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may use this website only with permission of a parent or guardian.

We may ask you to submit Personal Information at various places on our Website, including but not limited to Registration Data, adding profile details, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting feedback. This Website is being used to manage a competition by a “Host”, a person or organization other than LaunchGen. By registering for the Website, you also authorize the sharing of your user information with the Host.. The Host is not monitored by LaunchGen, and we assume no responsibility for their actions or communications. Each Host will provide a Terms and Conditions unique to their Event. You will be asked to review and agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting your application.
Information Collected Automatically
We receive and store certain types of usage information whenever you interact with the Services; this information is not Personal Information. For example, LaunchGen automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, LaunchGen cookie information, and the page you requested. We also record the details of your activity on the Services, and the number and frequency of visitors to our site and its components.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer or mobile device to enable our systems to recognize your computer or device and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. In order to effectively review applications during the Event, the Host may from time to time add “Reviewers” and assign applications to them for review. Your Business Proposition will be made available to these reviewers. No Personal Information is shared in the process, as all entries are de-identified.
In order to showcase Business Propositions and communicate competition results, there are portions of each Submission that are made publicly available to showcase your entry. These fields are clearly identified on the application submission form and do not include, by default, any Personal Information.
SecurityWe use a combination of industry standard encryption, multiple firewalls and multiple levels of physical security to protect the Personal Information you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, you should know that no company, including LaunchGen, can fully eliminate security or other risks associated with the possession of Personal Information. For example, we may be legally required to disclose information to Federal or local government agencies or authorized third parties under certain circumstances, or unauthorized third parties (bad actors) may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
